Our Unsung Heroes of the Ebola Crisis

In previous blogs we shared our first impressions of Liberia, the multi-faceted effects of Ebola, World Renew Ebola response projects to date, and some of the sad stories about Ebola survivors.

Today we want to share a story about six very brave CHAL team members who implemented the first World Renew Ebola response project in September 2014. This happened during the height of the crisis and at a time when the United Nations Health Agency had declared Ebola an “international health emergency”.
